A signature is required for delivery. Only with rare exceptions will we allow the signature requirement to be waived.

Your order will be sent from Bali, Indonesia. We entrust esteemed courier services such as DHL Express, EMS International, or FedEx to ensure your package's safe journey.

Due to complicated Indonesian import regulations, Ciao Knitwear does not accept undelivered parcels back to Bali. Please email us to request a return.
